30-day Flush Frog guarantee

If Flush Frog does not fit your toilet or does not make bowl maintenance easier, you can request a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery.

No-fit counts

Flush Frog is designed for gravity toilets with an accessible overflow pipe and refill tube. Not every toilet has that layout. If you discover that it cannot be installed without interfering with the float, flapper, flush valve, chain, or tank lid, do not force it. That is a valid no-fit case.

Give the product a fair test

If an old mineral ring is already attached to the bowl, remove it first. The product is intended for ongoing bowl maintenance rather than instant removal of established scale.

Install Flush Frog correctly, verify that refill water travels through the dispenser and into the overflow pipe, then use the toilet normally.

How to request a refund

Use the contact form within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method after the request or return is approved.

You can reduce the chance of a no-fit order by doing the 60-second fit check. Lift the tank lid and look for an accessible overflow pipe, fill valve, and refill tube.
