Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund if Flush Frog isn’t right for you.

Installed units that don’t fit, or that don’t make bowl maintenance easier, still get a refund of the purchase price. You do not have to send back an unused box for that case.

To start a return, use the contact form with your order number.

Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive or approve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item. We don’t currently promise free return shipping.
